Art Deco pair of amber glass Libochoviche candlesticks. #

Art Deco pair of amber glass candlesticks made in Czechoslovakia by the Libochoviche glassworks, pattern number 1691. Both candlesticks have the design registration number 796007 on the base, which was registered by British importers Heppner Ltd on 28 August 1934. One candlestick has 1 tiny chip to point of top and 1 chip underneath rim of foot. Otherwise both have only normal manufacturing flaws consistent with this period of glass-making.
